TRAFO Hub GmbH is a Digital Hub, a Community and Coworking Space where real connections are being created daily and forms of New Work are beeing explored. tested and lived.

We believe work should be inspiring and enjoyable. That’s why we offer an environment where you can focus, create, and thrive. Our space blends ergonomics and creativity with adjustable desks, modern chairs, cozy breakout zones, a community garden by the Oker, a fully equipped kitchen, and versatile meeting rooms – perfect for workshops, brainstorming or after-work drinks.
More than just a workplace, TRAFO Hub is a diverse, inclusive community of creatives, innovators, freelancers and ambitious minds, no matter what age. Through events, knowledge-sharing and casual meetups, we connect people to learn, grow, and support one another.
Our consultancy, TRAFO.digital, helps to create and grow innovation hubs like ours through expertise in design, operations, community building and ecosystem development.
Located in the heart of Braunschweig, the city center is five minutes away, the river Oker is at our doorstep and the Bürgerpark is just a short walk. And did we mention our coffee flat rate?
