Michael Reardon

Michael Reardon is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management roles across various hotels and organizations. Currently serving as General Manager at Trailborn since March 2024, Michael previously held the same position at Double Tree By Hilton and the role of Director of Operations at Palm Garden Hotel. In addition, Michael operated the 805 Bears football team, providing opportunities within the community as team owner. Additional experience includes serving as Interim General Manager at Best Western Carpinteria Inn and as Director of Sales at The Palm Garden Hotel and Spa, where Michael focused on corporate partnerships and community growth. Michael's career began in front office operations, progressively advancing through various supervisory and management positions. Education includes studies in Business Administration and Management at Ventura College.
