Michael Weiss

Michael Weiss is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in founding and leading innovative companies. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Trailborn and Castle Peak Holdings since 2021 and 2018 respectively, Weiss has demonstrated expertise in business development and leadership. Weiss co-founded RISE Brewing Co. in 2014 and was a vital member of the founding team at Pencils of Promise from 2008 to 2020. Previous roles include VP of Growth at Maple Food Co. (2015-2017) and Co-Founder & Head of Product at Compass Inc. (2012-2014). Weiss also has experience in high-profile roles at Airbnb.com and Goldman Sachs. Weiss holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Cornell University.
