Eric Bormann

Eric Bormann is the Managing Director and Head of the Dallas/Fort Worth Office at TrailRunner International. They developed and launched the firm's knowledge management system and Analyst Program, overseeing analysts worldwide. Previously, Eric served as a teacher and coach at various high schools, including Algona High School, where they focused on developing students' leadership skills and learning habits. Eric also worked as a Loan Officer at Farmers State Bank and began their career as an Actuarial Assistant at Principal Financial Group. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Coe College and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Drake University.
