Elaine Joya is a Human Resources leader with extensive experience in education and nonprofit organizations, currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant and fractional HR Business Partner. They have previously held roles such as Director of Talent Generalists at The College Board and Specialist in Growth Strategy & Development at Teach For America. Elaine's passion for building trust and delivering outstanding customer service informs their approach to creating a cohesive "One HR Team" culture. They are committed to proactive problem-solving and integrating operations with strategy. Elaine is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science at the University of Southern Mississippi.
