Hope Ketcham

Hope Ketcham is an experienced professional currently serving as the Implementations Coordinator at TRAILS since January 2025. Prior roles include Knowledge Base and Implementations Manager at McKinney, where significant achievements included launching a knowledge management system that trained over 400 employees and migrating more than 2,000 documents. Previously, Ketcham worked at PBS North Carolina as an Audiovisual and Digital Preservation Fellow and at Duke University as a Digital Librarian, where responsibility for managing a substantial increase in services during COVID-19 was notably undertaken. Additional experience includes founding Hope Ketcham Photography and various internships focused on metadata and digital preservation. Hope Ketcham holds a Master of Information Science with a concentration in Digital Preservation and Metadata from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor's degree in History from Cornerstone University.
