Caroline Walker

Caroline Walker is currently the Chief People Officer at Engelhart, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they spent 16 years at J.P. Morgan, where they held various senior HR roles, including Head of Talent and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Co-Head of EMEA HR for the Corporate & Investment Bank. Caroline is pursuing a Master of Arts in Psychology at The University of Edinburgh, which they have been engaged in since 2001.
