Everyone knows what is healthy. Nobody does it. Train Rex fixes the doing.

We run goal and lifestyle based peer cohorts that group people with similar health profiles, life constraints, and goals. Our behavioral ML engine tracks individual patterns and catches drop-off signals before they become decisions.

The result: 70 to 80% retention at 90 days against an industry average of 15%.

India is heading toward a $4.58 trillion lifestyle disease burden by 2030. The problem is not awareness. It is follow-through. Train Rex is building the infrastructure that makes follow-through the default.
