Chenier Mershon

Chenier Mershon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, consulting, and organizational change management. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager/Consultant at TrainingPros and President of CJM Consulting, Chenier specializes in providing tailored business consulting services and connecting organizations with appropriate learning and development support. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Learning and Development at European Wax Center, where an educational curriculum was developed to enhance organizational culture and competencies, and Director of Learning and Development at American Signature Inc., where the first Store Manager in Training program was created. Chenier also held various leadership positions at La Quinta by Wyndham, managing significant budgets and training initiatives.
