Mike Roy

Mike Roy is a 3x award-winning instructional designer known for expertise in scenarios, simulations, and learning games. From 2001 to 2018, Mike served as an Instructional Technologist and ID Manager at Ohio University, where they led a team of 15 and developed standardized methodologies for course design. Currently, Mike works as a Senior Instructional Design Consultant at TrainingPros and as a Learning Experience Designer at Evolve Solutions Group. They also own Mike V Roy, LLC, where they create engaging training and eLearning for large organizations. Mike holds a Master’s in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Virginia and another Master’s in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Longwood University.
