Laura Jones

Laura Jones is an experienced clinician with a robust background in nursing and consulting. Currently, Laura serves as a subcontractor RN Clinician at Preceptor Consulting Corp since April 2011, providing technical support consultation and leading teams during the implementation of various computerized medical record software, including the Cerner Millennium Suite. Additionally, Laura has been a FlexChoice RN at Baptist Health System of Alabama since March 2010, actively involved in the Epic Clindoc and Epic ASAP Go Live. At UAB Hospital, Laura transitioned from a full-time Registered Nurse in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit to a part-time irregular status in 2007 to accommodate travel commitments. Previously, Laura worked as a Meditech CPOE Go-Live Clinical Consultant for St Vincent Hospital in 2011. Laura holds an ADN in Registered Nursing from Jefferson State Community College, completed between 2005 and 2007.
