Anna Efimenko

Anna Efimenko is a seasoned UX research professional with extensive experience in leading research initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as Head of Research at Trainline since January 2024, Anna previously held the position of Principal UX Researcher & UXR Lead at UXinsight from July 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included coaching UX research teams and conducting impactful research. Prior experience includes a significant role at Booking.com as Senior User Experience Researcher from January 2015 to January 2021, leading a team, mentoring researchers, and executing over 50 end-to-end research projects. Anna's career also includes roles in marketing and journalism, with a strong academic foundation in communications and media from prestigious institutions such as the National University of Singapore and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
