Catherine Marston possesses extensive experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing, currently serving as Head of CRM at Trainline since January 2021, following a series of roles including Senior CRM Manager and Growth Lead (Engagement). Prior to Trainline, Catherine worked at Eurostar from October 2010 to January 2021, holding positions such as Global CRM Manager, where responsibilities included developing and optimizing the global eCRM strategy, and CRM Manager focused on strategic planning influenced by customer insights and market trends. Earlier experience includes roles at TUI Travel PLC as Direct Marketing Manager and Campaigns Manager, as well as Direct Marketing Specialist at Rank Group, and Marketing Assistant at IBM. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies with Marketing from the University of Brighton.
