Ella Franks is a Senior Data Scientist at Trainline since February 2024, previously serving as a Data Scientist at MATCHESFASHION from August 2022 to January 2024, where a machine learning marketing attribution modeling pipeline was developed to optimize a £450K weekly marketing budget. Ella has experience in automated systems and topic extraction from previous roles at BBC, Flamingo, and Snug Health, and has guided professionals in data science as a mentor at Decoded. Ella's educational background includes a Neuroscience degree from the University of Bristol and foundational studies in psychology, chemistry, and biology from The Henrietta Barnett School.
