Jamie Buchanan is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in site reliability and operations engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Trainline since April 2016, Jamie has a strong background in ensuring production environment stability, scalability, and security across various roles. Prior positions include Operations Engineer at Lumi, where the focus was on a web page recommendation engine, and Technical Services Engineer at Mfuse Ltd, providing solutions for mobile software in the financial sector. Jamie's technical expertise is supported by a BSc Hons in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) obtained from the University of Aberdeen and study at the Università degli Studi di Padova.
