Sophie Fleming

Sophie Fleming is currently the Global Head of Trainline Business, bringing over nine years of experience in high-growth customer generation companies. They previously served as the Commercial Director (B2B) at MVF, managing a P&L of over £30 million and leading a cross-functional team. Sophie started their career at Jaeger and built their own brand of luxurious leather backpacks from 2013 to 2023. They hold a History degree from the University of Exeter and completed their International Baccalaureate at Sevenoaks School.
