Will Barker

Will Barker has a diverse range of work experience in the field of UX design and product strategy. Will is currently working as the UX Director at Trainline since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at IDEO where they held various roles including Director of Product & Strategy from February 2018 to March 2021, Product Design & Programme Lead from March 2014 to February 2018, and Senior Product Designer from April 2012 to March 2014. Will also worked as a Visiting Tutor at the Royal College of Art from November 2016 to December 2020. Will Barker's earlier work experience includes working as a Senior Product + UX Designer at Samsung Electronics from January 2010 to April 2012 and as a Product Designer at PriestmanGoode. from April 2007 to January 2010.

Will Barker's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Birmingham City University. Will obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Art & Design Foundation and completed their studies in 2003. Afterwards, in 2003, they joined Nottingham Trent University, where they pursued a degree in Product Design. Will excelled in their studies and received a 1st Class Honours degree in 2007. More recently, in 2017, Will attended the London Business School for a course focused on Developing Strategy for Value Creation. Will completed this program in 2018.
