Florent Seychelles has a diverse work experience in the field of sports coaching and athletics. Florent started their career as an athlete at Pôle France Lutte Libre from September 2010 to August 2018. During the same period, they also served as an assistant educator and sports coach for young athletes at Pôle France de Lutte Libre.
From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a sports animator, wrestling coach, and sports coach at Comité d'Auvergne Rhône-Alpes de Lutte. In 2017, they joined Fit Fight Club Clermont-Ferrand as a sports coach specializing in wrestling, pancrace, and physical preparation until June 2019.
In 2018, they became a sports coach at IME de Theix, working as a specialist in adapted sports until June 2019. Florent also worked as a sports coach at TrainMe from September 2018, focusing on personal training.
From September 2019 to the present, Florent Seychelles has been the technical director at DOC Lutte Etang-Salé, responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the organization. Additionally, they have been a sports coach for Venum since April 2020, acting as a brand ambassador.
Finally, since October 2019, they have been a sports coach and trainer at COMPLEXE TRAINING CENTER, where they provide coaching services. Florent also worked as a sports instructor for disabled individuals at Fondation Pere Favron from September 2019 to September 2021.
Florent Seychelles has a diverse education history in the field of sports. In 2012 to 2014, they attended ADPS (Clermont-Ferrand) and obtained a degree in BPJEPS Activités Physiques pour Tous. Florent then pursued their interest in wrestling and completed the BF1 Lutte (Animateur) degree from the Fédération Française de Lutte in 2013 to 2014. In the following year, 2014 to 2015, they furthered their wrestling knowledge with the BF2 Lutte (Entraîneur) degree from the same federation. Moving on from wrestling, Florent Seychelles joined the Fédération Française de Lutte again from 2015 to 2016 and completed the BPJEPS Lutte et disciplines associées degree. In 2017, they diversified their expertise by attending Planet Fitness, where they obtained the Coach de Cross Training certificate. Florent Seychelles then shifted their focus to contact sports and enrolled in FFKMDA. From 2018 to 2019, they completed the BMF1 Pancrace (Animateur) degree and the BMF2 Pancrace (Moniteur) degree. Continuing their education in contact sports, Florent Seychelles earned the BMF3 Pancrace (Entraîneur) degree in 2019. Finally, in 2019 to 2020, they obtained the Attestation de Qualification Sport Adapté (AQSA) from the Fédération Française du Sport Adapté.
