Sylvain Debonnet

Sylvain Debonnet has a diverse work experience spanning over a wide range of fitness-related roles. Sylvain started their career in 2003 as an Instructeur de Capoeira at Institut Notre-Dame. From 2004 to 2018, they worked at AP-HP, starting as an Assistant social en Service d'Orthopédie/Traumatologie and later becoming a Cadre de Proximité des Equipes Sociales and an Assistant social en Addictologie. In 2014, Sylvain became an Instructeur Self-Defense / Agent de Développement de Club Sportif at Kenpo Blast Academy, where they also held the position of Agent de développement de club sportif from 2015 to 2017. Sylvain then worked as a Coach sportif en entreprise at Synpeak from March 2019 to September 2019. In 2018, Sylvain joined Titanium Coaching as a Coach sportif / Coach de boxe, specializing in boxing, self-defense, and physical preparation. Sylvain also held the role of Coach personnel at Trainme in 2018, where they worked as a Coach sportif en entreprise, focusing on fitness, boxing, and cardio-boxing, as well as circuit training. From 2019 to 2021, Sylvain worked as a Coach de Boxe et Préparation Physique at VENUM, where they also managed the gym and organized internal events. Sylvain then joined MU:V as a Coach sportif groupe from June 2019 to July 2022, and AirFit as a Coach sportif groupe from October 2018 to August 2020. Most recently, they worked as a Coach Athlé Santé at FFA - Fédération Française d'Athlétisme in August 2022. Sylvain's experience includes personal and group coaching, specializing in boxing, self-defense, fitness, and sports preparation.

Sylvain Debonnet began their education in 1999 at Lycée Polyvalent Montesquieu, where they earned a Baccalauréat in sciences et technologies tertiaires. In 1999, they also obtained a Diplôme d'État (DÉ) de niveau 3 in travail social from Institut de Formation en Travail Social - La Salpêtrière.

From 2007 to 2009, Debonnet attended Université Paris Descartes, where they pursued a Licence in psychology. Following this, in 2010, they enrolled at IPEC Formation and studied therapy and conjugal and family counseling until 2013.

Debonnet then furthered their education at CFTA AP-HP from 2013 to 2014, undertaking a Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles in administration and healthcare management.

In 2014, Debonnet pursued a Diplôme d'Instructeur Fédéral Européen Arts Martiaux in sports training and coaching at FEKAMT, which they completed in 2015. Later in 2015, they attended the Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and obtained a Diplôme d'études universitaires scientifiques et techniques (DEUST) in sports training and coaching.

In 2018, Debonnet obtained a Certification Officielle TRX Trainer STC in sports and exercise from Planet Fitness Group.

In addition to their formal education, Debonnet holds several certifications. In 2014, they earned a Ceinture Noire American Kenpo from American Kenpo Karate International. In 2015, they obtained a Ceinture Noire Kyusho-Jitsu from Dillman Karate International. Finally, in 2018, they achieved the TRX Trainer STC certification from Planète Fitness.
