Lindy van Workum

Lindy van Workum is a seasoned fitness management professional with extensive experience in the gym industry. Currently serving as the Club Manager for TrainMore at Van Wou straat and Weteringschans in Amsterdam since July 2019, Lindy has played a key role in launching a new urban gym and managing an established location. Previous positions include Club Manager at TrainMore Haarlem, where the career began as a Host and Highstudio instructor, and positions at various fitness centers such as Gustav Gym as a Personal Trainer and Trainer at HIGH STUDIOS. Educationally, Lindy possesses a background in CIOS with a focus on fitness instruction and holds a specialization in postnatal and prenatal training from Start2move. Early work experience includes sales assistant roles in retail which laid the foundation for Lindy's professional journey.
