- Perform needs assessment to identify knowledge gaps within the internal staff and external customer base to assemble a detailed plan to meet those requirements.  Advise and coach clients on effective design, construction, and rollout of adult learning programs.

- Conduct training sessions on fundamental course development techniques to enable internal staff to contribute towards the creation of effective course material. 

- Transform and repurpose traditional education collateral into effective eLearning modules, broadening the student base to expand earnings and amplify customer value.
