Rita Lee has extensive experience in the field of design and user experience. Rita worked as a Visual Designer at Sapient, where they handled large-scale projects for high-profile clients. At Sap Labs, they served as a User Interface Designer and played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Product Management and Engineering for SAP's web-based labor scheduling product.

Rita also worked as a User Interface Designer at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and as a User Interface Designer at Temposoft, where they redesigned the UI for labor scheduling and analytics applications. Rita collaborated with the French dev team to implement the new UI and provided guidance on the future UX direction of the product suite.

At Fidelity, Rita was responsible for delivering design on key sections of Fidelity.com. Rita closely worked with stakeholders to understand the business problem and goals of each project and executed deliverables such as wireframes and navigation. Additionally, they conducted user interviews and usability testing in collaboration with the Usability team.

As the Chief Designer of Back9Links, Rita led the UX and design efforts for the company's product suite used by membership-based facilities. Rita conducted user research, prototyped and executed designs for web and mobile experiences, and actively engaged with users to gain insights for feature enhancements.

At FastCloud / Eximo, Rita served as the Chief Product Designer, overseeing the UX of the RapidPro platform. Rita prioritized product requirements based on business strategy and user feedback and worked iteratively with the agile development team to ensure quality execution and timely delivery. Rita also worked on various client projects, including RentalBeast.

Rita Lee also worked as a UX Consultant at Rita Lee Design, where they provided expertise in user experience. Currently, they are the Co-founder and Chief Designer at TrainWithMe, a technology platform that allows personal trainers and physical therapists to create personalized exercise routines with customized video and audio guidance. The platform also includes a messaging system and dashboards to keep trainers and clients connected.

Rita Lee obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Michigan, where they attended from 1995 to 1999.
