David B. Loberg

David B. Loberg has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. David B. started their career in 1990 at Sport Chalet, where they worked as a Team Sales Manager and later as a retail sales associate. In 1993, they founded Blaster Street Hockey Pucks, where they developed, manufactured, and sold street hockey pucks. David B. then worked at Gudvi, Chapnick, & Oppenheim, Inc., where they had a role in business management. In 1998, Loberg founded Valencia Appraisal Company, a real estate appraisal firm in Southern California. As the owner, they oversaw operations and developed workflow systems to improve productivity. In 2008, they joined Clear Capital as a Senior Staff Appraiser. Loberg also worked as a Claims Examiner at Blair & Company from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they took on multiple roles: Business Development at TraitWare, Owner and Certified Residential Appraiser at Metrolina Appraisal Group, and Field Staff Appraiser at Clario Appraisal Network. In 2016, they founded Whole Lotta Land LLC, a family-owned real estate investment company specializing in land acquisition and wholesaling vacant land.
