John Eales

John Eales is a Non-executive Chair and Director with extensive executive experience, including founding the consulting firm Mettle Group. They have served as a Director for QM Technologies during its IPO journey and have held multiple roles across various businesses from start-ups to mature enterprises. Eales currently chairs several committees at Trajan Scientific and Medical and Flight Centre Travel Group, while also holding non-executive director positions at organizations such as Magellan Financial Group and Fuji Film Document Management Solutions. With a background in both business and sports, Eales continues to contribute significantly in their fields. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of Queensland and have completed the Graduate Director's Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
