Peter Bordes

Peter Bordes has a long history of involvement in various companies. In 2012, they became the Founder and Managing Partner of Trajectory Capital, where they invest in innovators and disruptive innovation driving global digital transformation. In 2016, they joined the Board of Directors of Beasley Media Group and was appointed as the Chair of the Digital Transformation Committee. In 2018, they joined the Board of Directors of Fraud.net, a leader in AI-powered enterprise risk intelligence. In 2021, they became the CEO of Trajectory ALPHA Acquisition Corp SPAC TCOA: NYSE, a Special Purpose Acquisition Company SPAC formed by Trajectory Capital Partners. In 2022, they became a Seed Investor and Board of Directors for Analog, a Layer-0 blockchain for event data in Web3, powered by Proof-of-Time. Peter also became a Seed Investor and Board of Directors for Vanta, a Series A Investor for BANYAN, a global infrastructure company for item-level receipt data, and an Investor for Prime Trust, a financial infrastructure platform. Finally, in 2023, they joined the Board of Directors of GoLogiq.

Peter Bordes attended Princeton Day School from 1979 to 1982, where they earned a High School Diploma. Peter then attended New England College from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business and Media Studies.
