It all started when…
I realized that I could do more than just mentor youth at my local YMCA or young professionals in higher education. Instead of giving advice, I am choosing to work with clients to set YOUR agenda, YOUR priorities, and reach YOUR goals. It has been fascinating and infinitely enjoyable. With purpose and skill, I will join you along your journey!

I have experience in hospitality, community nonprofits, higher education, and sustainability. Regardless of your profession or stage in life, I can help you understand your current competencies and clarify your trajectory to your personal and professional goals. With a personalized approach, you will gain MOMENTUM and EXCITEMENT as your leadership, emotional intelligence, and political savviness grows.

On an organizational level, I have successfully navigated the business landscape utilizing a deep view of an organization’s value system and driving understanding through a systematic yet flexible approach to change management, process improvement, and team enhancement. Interactive learning and strategy development programs will bring REAL-TIME GROWTH and DIRECTION to leaders and groups across the organization.
