Jingjing Shen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting services and e-commerce strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Consulting Services at Trajectry since 2022, Jingjing previously held several notable positions, including Head of Multinational Business Growth & Operations at Alibaba Cloud and E-commerce Platform Strategy Specialist at Alibaba.com, where responsibilities included designing and implementing consumer privilege programs. Jingjing’s work has also encompassed digital marketing insights and training through an internship at Fabernovel, along with entrepreneurial leadership at NUS Enterprise focused on green technology commercialization. Jingjing holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School, specializing in entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital business, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore in electrical and electronics engineering.
