Samuel Hendon

Samuel Hendon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and business analysis, currently serving as a Product Manager at TrakCel since July 2018. Samuel has progressed through various roles at TrakCel, including Junior Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Process Analyst Lead, and Business Process Analyst. Prior to this, Samuel gained valuable customer service and operational experience at Nando's South Africa from September 2014 to April 2018, holding roles such as Host, Cashier, and Griller. Samuel holds a degree in Business Information Systems from Cardiff University, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2018, and attended Bassaleg School from 2008 to 2015.
