Previously, they served as a Director and Manager of Applications Engineering at FLIR Systems, leading the design and implementation of advanced thermal imaging systems. Matthew's early career in the U.S. Marines included roles as an Avionics Instructor Evaluator and Quality Assurance Representative, emphasizing their commitment to aviation maintenance training and operational excellence. They hold a BSBA from Southern New Hampshire University and have participated in multiple specialized avionics courses.
