Account Manager, Customer Success at Trakstar

Cayley Wright began their work experience in 2018 as a Social Media Coordinator and Staff Writer for The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Cayley then worked briefly as a Copyeditor at 1885 Grill. Later in 2018, they joined Unum as a Customer Service Representative, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, Cayley joined Optoro as a Customer Care representative, before eventually transitioning to their current role as an Account Manager for Customer Success at Trakstar in 2022.

Cayley Wright earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in English Rhetoric and Professional Writing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
