Túlio Mêne is an economist, publicist, and specialist in governmental communication, as well as an angel investor. They co-founded M&P Group in 2006, which has become one of Brazil's largest communication firms, encompassing several subsidiaries including Mene Portella Publicidade and Trakto. Currently, Túlio is also a partner at Bossanova Investimentos and Non Stop, focusing on startups and the creative economy. With a strong passion for innovation, they are dedicated to fostering business within the M&P ecosystem. Túlio continues their education at Fundação Getulio Vargas.
