Jonathan Brinson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 1996, they furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Brenau University.

In terms of certifications, Jonathan obtained several internal certifications related to workplace safety, including Ergonomics in the Workplace, Fire Extinguisher Safety, Hazard Communication, and Slip, Trips & Falls, all from Traliant, in March 2023. Jonathan also acquired the certification for Recognizing and Preventing Phishing Attacks V1.01 from Traliant in February 2023, and Data Privacy & Information Security V3.1 in September 2022. Additionally, Jonathan holds several IT certifications, including Network+ and A+, both obtained from CompTIA in December 1998 and September 1998, respectively. Jonathan also obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification from Microsoft in May 1996.
