Erica Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, product development, and community networking. They have served as Chief Design Officer at One Earth Designs and co-founded Intuitive Automata Inc, where they led design efforts in consumer robotics. Currently, Erica works as the Head of Research at Foresight Data, focusing on network science, and as Director of Networks at TRAMLINES, where they develop stakeholder connections for B2B startups. Passionate about building resilient communities, Erica also holds committee and board positions at ImpactVC and NLC - The European Healthtech Venture Builder.
