Fred Blanke IV has extensive experience in production and manufacturing coordination, currently serving as a Production Coordinator at KSM Industries since August 2022 and simultaneously working as Manufacturing Assistant Manager at Tramont Manufacturing LLC since August 2020. Previously, Fred held roles at KSM Industries as a Production Scheduler and at Compo Steel Products as Master Production Scheduler, where significant responsibilities included creating and scheduling work orders to ensure production efficiency and quality. Early career experience included positions as Production Supervisor at Compo Steel Products and Production Control Supervisor at Tramont Manufacturing LLC, focusing on production scheduling and team performance. Fred began the professional journey in customer service and inside sales, establishing foundational skills in communication and order management.
