Isabela Fontes

Isabela Fontes is the Chief Operating Officer at Trampay and has previously held various roles in operations and logistics. They worked as a Procurement and Inventory Intelligence Specialist at Magnólia Papelaria Franchisor, where they developed KPIs for franchise units and managed logistics and financial operations. As a co-founder and Operations Lead at Dextra, Isabela contributed to methodology development and led people management initiatives. They also gained experience as a Logistics Analyst at CASSI, focusing on strategic sourcing and operational indicators. Isabela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade de Brasília and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance and Controllership at MBA USP/Esalq.
