Adam Vechart

Adam Vechart is a finance professional with extensive experience in M&A integration, financial performance management, and commercial finance within Trane Technologies since July 2018. Currently serving as Finance Manager for M&A Integration, Adam leads finance integration across five business units in the Americas, focusing on establishing and improving the M&A integration Business Operating System. Previous roles include Regional Finance Leader for the Southern Atlantic region, overseeing a $600M+ Commercial HVAC business, and various positions in financial planning and analysis, including Senior Financial Analyst and FP&A Manager. Adam's early career included internships in tax and finance, and Adam holds a Bachelor's degree from the Kelley School of Business, with ongoing MBA studies at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
