Alan Clayton, EIT, MBA, PMP, LEED Green Associate, currently serves as the Regional Sustainable Sales Leader at Trane Technologies, focusing on driving growth and market share for Sustainable Systems across the Southeastern United States. Prior to this role, Alan held positions as Sales Leader at JASCKO Corp., where leadership involved overseeing commercial HVAC solutions, and as Regional Sales Manager at Johnson Controls, managing VRF and ductless products. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales Engineer at Arizon Companies, contributing to customized HVAC solutions, and as an Information Technology Intern at World Wide Technology. Alan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from Lindenwood University.
