Allan Tananbaum

Allan Tananbaum is the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Product Litigation at Trane Technologies. They previously served as the Vice President of Compliance and Deputy General Counsel at Ingersoll Rand, where they also held various legal roles including Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to this, Allan was an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and worked as Associate General Counsel at Honeywell International Inc. They began their legal career as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP after earning a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a degree in English and American Literature from Brown University.
