Amy Xu has over 20 years of experience in the climate control and HVAC sectors, specializing in product marketing and supply chain management. They held significant roles at Ingersoll Rand, including Asia Pacific Program Sourcing Manager and Leader of Product Management & Marketing for Thermo King Asia Pacific, where they led new product development and marketing strategies. Currently, Amy serves as the General Manager for Trane China Unitary Solution Business at Trane Technologies, overseeing key account management and strategic initiatives. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Bioengineering from Shanghai University.
