Andrew Hanks, MBA, PMP, LSSGB, is currently the Director of Reliability and Systems Engineering at Trane Technologies, where they leverage extensive technical knowledge and leadership skills to drive strategic initiatives. With a background in mechanical engineering from Baylor University, they have built a career in the HVAC industry, holding various roles at Ingersoll Rand, including Product Development Engineer and Program Manager. Throughout their experience, Andrew has contributed to the design and optimization of HVAC equipment and has led teams in compliance testing and product development. Additionally, they hold an MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
