Andy Wiberg has over 15 years of experience in systems engineering within the aerospace and technology sectors. Beginning a career as an Engineering Intern at Polar Semiconductor, Andy progressed to an Electrical Engineer at Emerson Process Management, and then to a Staff Systems/Electrical Engineer at UTC Aerospace Systems, focusing on ice detection systems for various aircraft. From 2015 to 2019, Andy served as Systems Engineering Manager and later as Systems & Project Lead Engineering Manager at Collins Aerospace, leading teams in Electrical-Mechanical systems and sensors. Currently, Andy holds the position of Senior Systems Engineering Manager at Trane Technologies. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
