Becky Wacker is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the energy services and controls sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Energy Services Sales for North America at Trane Technologies, Wacker manages a team of 150 associates and oversees a $100M+ P&L across multiple offices. Previously, Wacker held various leadership roles at Johnson Controls, including Controls Sales Leader for Canada and Senior Manager for Advanced Solutions Sales, where responsibilities ranged from managing sales organizations to driving digital transformation initiatives. Wacker also has experience in coaching, having served as the Varsity Girls Hockey Coach at Wayzata High School, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
