Beth Elwell is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Trane Technologies since March 2020, Beth has previously held significant positions such as VP Finance for Residential HVAC & Supply and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to Trane Technologies, Beth worked at Ingersoll Rand for nearly six years, where roles included Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Global FP&A Director for Compression Technologies and Services. Earlier experience includes finance management positions at GE Transportation and Visteon Corporation. Beth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
