Britton Crates boasts extensive experience in program and portfolio management across the HVAC, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Strategy Development Lead for Electrification of Heating at Trane Technologies, Britton is responsible for crafting and executing strategies for the electrification of commercial heating systems. Prior roles include Program Management Leader at Johnson Controls, where Britton managed project portfolios for wireless sensors and thermostats, and Senior Program Manager at CTDI, overseeing P&L and customer contracts. With a foundation in engineering from Navistar Inc. as Chief Engineer and extensive experience in design engineering at Honda Engineering North America, Britton holds an MBA from Indiana University Fort Wayne and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
