Bruce Gu is currently the Vice President of Engineering and Technology for Asia Pacific at Trane Technologies, a position held since 2020. Previously, Bruce served as Vice President of Engineering and Technology for Asia Pacific and India at Ingersoll Rand from 2015 to 2020, and also worked as a Senior Engineering Manager there from 2010 to 2012. Bruce has academic experience as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2002 to 2005 and completed both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Refrigeration at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Prior to these roles, Bruce was the Head of the Refrigeration Research Institute at Kelon Group from 1996 to 2002 and held several engineering positions with Trane from 2005 to 2007.
