Caitlin Gendron is a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in plant accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Plant Controller and previously as Finance Manager at Trane Technologies since March 2020, Caitlin's experience encompasses standard plant accounting processes, month-end P&L analysis, and development of financial reporting tools. Prior tenure at Ingersoll Rand spanned nearly a decade, including roles as Finance Manager for Residential HVAC Distribution and Senior Financial Analyst for Commercial HVAC ISC. Caitlin participated in significant financial operations such as cash forecast reconciliations, inventory transaction tracking, and the implementation of a new auditing and risk management system as part of an accelerated development program in finance. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a BSBA in Finance & Banking, Caitlin combines analytical acumen with practical experience in financial operations and compliance.
