Cherie Hicks is an experienced learning and development professional with expertise in executive development, diversity and inclusion, and leadership excellence. Currently serving as the Enterprise Learning Leader for Trane Technologies since November 2014, Cherie has successfully developed and managed global learning solutions for a diverse range of leaders and individual contributors across various regions. Previous roles include Diversity and Inclusion Learning Leader, where Cherie integrated D&I content into all curriculum areas, and Learning Manager and Program Manager for Leadership Excellence, overseeing high-potential cohort programs and global DEI initiatives. Cherie's past experience includes positions at CB&I, Carolinas Healthcare System, Lash Group, and Gaston College, emphasizing a strong foundation in adult education with a Master’s degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
