Cheryl Adams, PMP, serves as the Senior Manager of the PMO at Trane Technologies, where responsibilities include leading multi-location, cross-functional teams to align projects with business unit goals and enhance project delivery consistency. Previously, Cheryl held roles such as Senior Principal Project Manager and Principal Project Manager, overseeing significant commercial new product development and electronics supply chain programs. Cheryl's early career included positions at Ingersoll Rand, where expertise in global operations and planning was developed, and various procurement and supply chain planning roles at Snyder's-Lance, Coca-Cola Consolidated, and S&D Coffee & Tea. Cheryl holds an MBA from Tennessee Technological University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with additional studies at The University of Hong Kong.
