Craig Johnson

Craig Johnson has extensive experience in sales and management within the construction and HVAC sectors. Starting as a Production Supervisor at NVR, Inc., Craig managed home construction processes and client relationships. Following this, Craig served as an Assistant Project Manager and later an Area Sales Manager at Lionberger Construction, where customized foundation stabilization solutions were emphasized. Afterward, Craig worked as Sales Manager at Rapid Cool Trading USA, focusing on custom manufacturing solutions for various industries. Craig continued to develop expertise in the HVAC field at Ingersoll Rand as Territory Manager, then at Trane as Sales Leader, responsible for P&L and dealer growth in South Carolina. Most recently, Craig held roles as Director of Contractor Experience and Strategic Account Manager at Trane Technologies. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
