Cynthia Murray

Cynthia Murray possesses extensive experience in Learning and Development, exemplified through roles at Trane Technologies from January 2018 to May 2024, where her positions included Regional Learning & Development Leader and Change Management & Communications Lead. In these roles, Cynthia focused on identifying training needs, developing L&D strategies, and enhancing leadership communication. Prior to Trane Technologies, Cynthia served as a Training Coordinator at GP Strategies Corporation and held the position of Director of Operations/Talent Management at MATTA Adolescent Training Center.
